Individual Counseling

• $125 for a 50 minute therapy session.

  Payment is due at the time of service. 
  I accept payment by all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards.

Office Hours

Appointments are available on Fridays 8am-3pm. 

Insurance 

While I’m not an in-network provider for insurance, I can provide you with a monthly “superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend you call your insurance provider to determine your "out-of-network benefits", including your deductible, what your coverage amount will be, and how many sessions will be covered. If you choose to try and get reimbursement, I will be required to include a diagnosis on the superbill which will be part of your medical record.

Cancellation Policy  

My cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance and I require a credit card on file. I reserve your slot for you and you alone. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
